• The gate scrapes the driveway or refuses to close fully against the post. Weld fatigue at the hinge changes the gate’s pitch, so the latch no longer lines up. No limit-switch adjustment fixes a structural problem it’s weld geometry, not settings.
• The post-side bracket has pulled away from the concrete or steel post. Usually the weld holds but the mounting surface has failed, or the bracket itself has deformed. We address either by cutting away the failed section and fabricating a reinforced replacement plate.
